I've worked across almost every corner of the film and advertising industry. Early in my career, I gained experience in feature films, short films, music videos and TV commercials, working across a range of departments to learn every aspect of film production. Along the way, I built relationships with many of the talented people I still collaborate with today.
With a holistic understanding of how productions come together, I naturally moved into directing content for global clients including Google, Diageo, Universal, Sony, Burberry, The FA and Chelsea FC. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on award-winning projects and industry firsts, including Black Shark Media's groundbreaking kit launch campaign for Southampton FC - the first football club campaign to embrace comedy and animation in this way.
As a director, I believe the common thread behind great creative work, regardless of platform or format, is making people feel something. Whether it's 15 seconds of Joanna Lumley passionately swearing about plastic bottles for Brita or a 90-second conversation with a musician exploring how to express your truest self online, I'm always looking for stories that connect emotionally.
I'm currently a Creative Film Director at Iris, where I help bridge the gap between the creative department and in-house production. I create film content for clients including Samsung, Brita, adidas, Barclays, Jack Daniel's and more.
My work has been featured in national news and industry publications, earning recognition including Ad Age's Pick of the Week, Campaign's Ad of the Day, as well as features in Little Black Book and The Drum. In 2023, I won Gold at the Cannes Straight 8 competition with Iris - a one-roll Super 8 filmmaking challenge where leading production companies and creative agencies compete by shooting and editing entirely in-camera.
